These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WorkCenterLive website (“Site”) and the WorkCenterLive software and related services (“Service”). The Service is operated by Lafoba (“Lafoba”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

WorkCenterLive is a product offered by Lafoba. WorkCenterLive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ECI Software Solutions or JobBOSS². Any third‑party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2) Accounts, trials, and subscriptions

  • Free trial: We may offer a time‑limited free trial (currently advertised as 30 days). Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may vary.
  • Paid plans: Subscription plans may include monthly or annual billing. Fees, features, and limits are described on the Pricing page.
  • Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3) Billing and payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). When you purchase a subscription, Stripe will collect and process your payment information on our behalf. Charges will appear as Lafoba (or similar) on your statement.

  • You authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals until you cancel.
  • We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles payment processing.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend Service access until payment is successful.

4) Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5) License, access, and acceptable use

  • We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription or valid license term.
  • License keys may be machine‑bound and may require re‑issuance if servers change.
  • You will not reverse engineer, bypass licensing, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service, or use it to violate law or third‑party rights.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials and for activity performed under your access.

6) Customer data and JobBOSS² data

WorkCenterLive may connect to your systems (e.g., on‑prem SQL or hosted APIs) and display operational information. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to access and use that data. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7) Support and changes

Support channels, hours, and response times may vary by plan. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where required.

8) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lafoba WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12‑MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO Lafoba FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lafoba from and against claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in that state for disputes arising out of these Terms.
