This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for WorkCenterLive subscriptions purchased through WorkCenterLive.com. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Lafoba.
Email sales@workcenterlive.com from your billing email address with “Cancel WorkCenterLive” in the subject, or use any cancellation flow we provide in your billing portal (if enabled).
Email sales@workcenterlive.com with your company name and billing email. If you are eligible, refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may provide credits or refunds at our discretion. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
