This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for WorkCenterLive subscriptions purchased through WorkCenterLive.com. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Lafoba.

1) Free trial

  • We offer a 30‑day free trial for eligible customers.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2) Monthly subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Monthly subscription fees are non‑refundable and we do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial months (except where required by law).
  • After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of the current monthly billing period.

3) Annual subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Annual subscription fees are non‑refundable and we do not provide credits or prorated refunds (except where required by law).
  • After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of the current annual term.

4) How to cancel

Email sales@workcenterlive.com from your billing email address with “Cancel WorkCenterLive” in the subject, or use any cancellation flow we provide in your billing portal (if enabled).

5) How to request a refund

Email sales@workcenterlive.com with your company name and billing email. If you are eligible, refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.

6) Service interruptions / exceptional cases

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may provide credits or refunds at our discretion. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
